 Why do people even lie?

Is a Question we definitely want answers to

Lol..sometimes we hear things and we hear people say things that are clearly untrue and we just think and ask ourselves.."why did they even lie"?

Growing up I used to think that lies were product from fear I.e fear of what the truth could result to...but is this theory true?

We can only wonder....

But if it is really fear...

what are parents afraid of when they lie to kids?

What are teens afraid of when they lie to their peers?

What are preachers afraid of when they lie to their congregation?e.t.c

I think I really doubt that fear is the cause of lies...it can't be!

But if it isn't fear...then what is?

What is the reason people lie?

Why do people lie?

Why do you lie?

Why do I lie?

    I lie because I don't think they can handle the Truth. Most times the truth isn't pleasant

    Personally I think reason for lying still balls down to FEAR, it could be fear of the unknown that is not knowing what the person might or will think of you, scared to be real, for parents I think its being protective
    So if we pay close attention to why people lie it will always find it's way to fear it doesn't matter what you say FEAR WILL STILL BE A PART OF IT

    I lie to avoid arguments of truth especially to women in general because women likes lies than truth. I come in peace.
